The CIPR Excellence Awards, run by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), recognise high‑quality work across the PR industry. Being shortlisted is a great achievement for the team and reflects the work we’ve delivered over the past year.
Why This Recognition Matters
This shortlist is especially meaningful because our submission highlighted something that sits at the heart of The Flywheelers: training, development, and future‑focused PR expertise.
Over the past year, we’ve invested heavily in building a refreshed and robust training programme designed to equip our team with the skills needed in an evolving communications landscape. This includes:
- Our JAE Bootcamp, supporting early‑career professionals
- AI training workshops, helping teams navigate new tools responsibly and effectively
- Journalist lunch‑and‑learns, strengthening relationships and news sense
